Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Apply differentiated teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and independent learning skills.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive student behaviour.
- Use appropriate educational technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school management regarding student progress.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, projects, and professional development programmes.
